House rules and instructions

Check-in / Check-out:
* Check-in time: 3:00 PM
* Check-out time: 12:00 PM
* Please inform us if you plan to arrive late or need a late check-out.
Leave Keys:
* Please return the key to the place where you found it during check-in (in the white cabinet located in the patio).
* Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
No Smoking:
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
* You may smoke outside in designated areas and please use the ashtray on the patio.
Cleanliness:
* One hour of cleaning service per week is mandatory for stays up to one week at the cost of €12 per hour.
* Extra hours can be requested directly from the host or cleaner, and paid in cash.
* Please keep the space tidy during your stay and dispose of trash properly in the garbage room located in the common area (next to the big white gate).
Guests and Visitors:
* Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
* If you plan to have visitors, please inform the host in advance.
Parties and Events:
* No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed unless explicitly approved by the host.
* Please be mindful of noise levels and the comfort of neighbors.
Safe Locker:
* To use the safe locker, please request the pin code from the host.
Damage and Maintenance:
* If something is broken or damaged, please report it to the host immediately.
* You will be responsible for any damages caused during your stay.
Respect the Property:
* Treat the property with care and respect. Avoid rearranging furniture or using items in a way that is not intended by the host.
Parking:
* Private parking is available at an extra cost of €10 per day. Please request parking in advance to ensure availability.
* Please park only in designated areas.
Safety:
* Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property, including the private garden gate (which must always be closed).
Use of Appliances:
* Please follow the instructions for using appliances such as air conditioning, heating, and kitchen equipment.
Bicycle:
* The bicycle is free to use and is locked in the common area with a blue chain. Use the small key to unlock it.
Extra Sheets, Towels, and Extra Bed:
* An extra futon bed is stored inside the living room closet.
* Extra sheets and towels are in the washing machine closet.
* You can use the sofa bed in the living area. Instructions for opening the sofa bed are stored in the TV cabinet.

Restituire le Chiavi:

* La perdita delle chiavi potrebbe comportare una tassa per la sostituzione.
Divieto di Fumare:
* È vietato fumare all’interno della casa.
* È possibile fumare all’esterno nelle aree designate e utilizzare il posacenere sul patio.
Pulizia:
* Un’ora di servizio di pulizia settimanale è obbligatorio per soggiorni fino a una settimana al costo di: €12 all’ora.
* È possibile richiedere ore extra direttamente all’ospite o alla persona che si occupa delle pulizie, e pagare in contante.
* Ti preghiamo di mantenere lo spazio ordinato durante il soggiorno e di smaltire correttamente la spazzatura nella stanza dei rifiuti situata nell’area comune (accanto al grande cancello bianco).
Ospiti e Visitatori:
* Solo gli ospiti registrati sono autorizzati a pernottare. Non sono consentiti visitatori non registrati senza previa approvazione.
* Se prevedi di avere visitatori, ti preghiamo di informare l’ospite in anticipo.
Feste ed Eventi:
* Non sono consentite feste, eventi o raduni, a meno che non siano stati esplicitamente approvati dall’ospite.
* Ti preghiamo di prestare attenzione ai livelli di rumore e al comfort dei vicini.
Cassaforte:
* Per utilizzare la cassaforte, richiedi il codice pin all’ospite.
Danni e Manutenzione:
* Se qualcosa si rompe o viene danneggiato, ti preghiamo di comunicarlo immediatamente all’ospite.
* Sarai responsabile di eventuali danni causati durante il soggiorno.
Rispetto per la Proprietà:
* Tratta la proprietà con cura e rispetto. Evita di spostare i mobili o utilizzare gli oggetti in modo non previsto.
Parcheggio:
* Il parcheggio privato è disponibile a un costo aggiuntivo di €10 al giorno. Si prega di richiederlo in anticipo per garantirne la disponibilità.
* Parcheggia solo nelle aree designate.
Sicurezza:
* Assicurati che tutte le porte e le finestre siano chiuse e bloccate quando lasci la proprietà, incluso il cancello del giardino privato (che deve essere sempre chiuso).
Uso degli Elettrodomestici:
* Segui le istruzioni per l’uso degli elettrodomestici, inclusi aria condizionata, riscaldamento e attrezzature da cucina.
Bicicletta:
* La bicicletta è gratuita e si trova chiusa nell’area comune con una catena blu. Usa la piccola chiave per sbloccarla.
Lenzuola, Asciugamani e Letto Extra:
* Lenzuola e asciugamani extra sono nell’armadio della lavatrice.
* Puoi utilizzare il divano letto nell’area soggiorno. Le istruzioni per aprirlo sono conservate nel mobile TV.
* Un futon extra è conservato nell’armadio del soggiorno.
